During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the Provider did not have a current and approved annual fire safety inspection by the local fire inspector. The last fire inspection the Licensing Specialist observed being completed was on 6/7/24. The Director advised the Licensing Specialist that they requested fire inspection and provided documentation of request. The Provider advised the Licensing Specialist did receive a copy for upcoming fire inspection.
