21-11 · Restrooms and Bath Facilities
During the time of the inspection, Licensing observed that in the boys' restrooms, one of the toilets was non-operational and was covered by a bin and plastic and that only 1 of the 3 air dryers were operational. During the time of the inspection, Licensing observed that in the girls' restroom, 2 of the toilets were not flushing, that one of the sinks was non-operational and one of the soap dispensers were missing a handle. During the time of the inspection, the Operator made contact with the school's maintenance personnel and showed him the issues and he put in work orders for those items. The Operator asked for an extension of time to come back into compliance due to it being summertime and maintenance personnel have several schools to tend to. During the time of the inspection, the Operator was provided with technical assistance: Each toilet and sink must be maintained in good operating condition, cleaned and sanitized or disinfected as needed, but at least once per day. Sinks utilized for teeth brushing activities/procedures by the children must be sanitized prior to the activity occurring

25 Hillsborough County Public Schools Safety and Sanitation Report dated 08/29/2024 with a scheduled reinspection date of 11/27/2204, however with no actual resinpection date. During the inspection, the Operator was provided with technical assistance: Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must be documented and maintained on file at the program. During the inspection, Licensing monitored the Fire Drill Log and observed documentation of the last fire drill having been conducted on 05/06/2025.
