While conducting the routine inspection I observed the infant room teacher outside of the classroom twice during this time. There was no other staff member present in the classroom, the babies were in their cribs and rocking seat at this time, I told staff member that children are always to be supervised at all times and this should never happen, there should be a staff member at the facility to give breaks when needed
