Provider stated that local fire authority had a delay in service which caused the annual fire inspection to be delayed. Provider forwarded Licensing Specialist an email from the local fire authority explaining delay and upcoming appointment for 4/18/25 at 3pm. Per CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A. Personnel was was observed diapering a child in a one-year old class, and licensing counselor observed the personnel was unable to wash hands after diapering because the portable sink inside the classroom didn't have running water. It was observed that the water jugs used for the handwashing sinks were empty in three classrooms (1 infant class and 2 one-year-old classes). At the time of inspection personnel filled the water jugs for all of the the portable sinks and personnel had water for handwashing. CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, A.
