On 8/28/2023, it was reported a young child @ 2-3 years old was found walking by himself on Airoso Blvd, and a woman driving along the road saw the child and stayed with the child until law enforcement arrived. Law Enforcement inquired at Lighthouse City Church if they were missing a child and after a head count, the center realized they were missing the child. The child was returned to the daycare and parents notified. Completed at time of inspection
