Child care personnel did not comply with the facility written disciplinary policies. The child care personnel pulled a cushion that the child was sitting on out from underneath him causing him to fall backward & hit his head on the floor and crying. Picked the child by his arms aggressively putting him in a corner time out. The facility immediately terminated the child care personnel
