The white gate that divides the playground and the provider personal yard one of the post is missing the cap leaving screws exposed(the provider put the cap on the post). The tan shed has exposed screws on the door and does not have a lock on it. There is yard tools and and cords in the shed(needs to be corrected). There is a white pipe coming up from the ground that does not have a cover on it therefore leaving a open hole (This needs to be corrected). The wooden wall near the driveway is chipping and pieces were on the ground in front of the wall(This needs to be fixed).
