At the time of inspection, the monitor observed an infant sleeping in the crib with a bottle and bib attached. The monitor brought this concern to the attention of the Director and teachers within the classroom. The teachers immediately removed items from the infant's crib and stored them in the proper location, bringing this violation into compliance
