During a previous complaint inspection the facility was required to send proof that the City of Pompano code enforcement had given them permission to use the infants room . During this revisit temporary repairs had been made to the room but proof of approval to use the room had not been sent to CCLE and therefore the facility could not use the infant room. To solve this, the infants are sharing the one year old room and were found in ration with 2 infants and 1 teacher and 10 one year old with 2 teachers. The facility will need to provide CCLE with written notice from code enforcement when the room is approved for use. This inspection report was first issued on 1/14/25 and revised on 1/17/25. A revised copy was email to the provider which will replace the report issued 1/14/25

During the course of a complaint inspection the following was observed; The mixed group of infants and 1y/o was out of ratio. The ratio was 3 staff to 15 children. A fourth teacher was brought into the room during my inspection. The director stated that she was the fourth person in the room. TA was provided that ratios must be maintained at all times and the director does not count if she is not in the room at all times

/15/2024, the owner of the building would have someone do the permanent fix. The director stated that the inspector, Mr. Olsen approved the temporary fix until they pull the permits and make the necessary repairs. She stated that they can use the infant room again. The director was advised to send me proof that the city inspector said that the room can be used. The proof has not been received as of yet(12/18/2024), therefore, the room should not be used until proof is received. The allegation is deemed substantiated
