The white fence surrounding the playground was missing the gate latch. Since the gate is damaged, the children have access to the basketball court area and the fence in the basketball area is in poor condition. There are broken and missing panels throughout the perimeter in the basketball courts. - The white fence facing the road has a missing metal pole, causing a gap larger than 3 and 1/2 inches. This is the fourth occurrence of this non-compliance and a Notice of Violation is being issued

Places where slabs were missing, allow access to an area that has lots of clutter including, wires, machinery, metal or plastic panels leaning against the walls. This is the third occurrence of this non-compliance and notice of violation is being issued
