During re-visit inspection, an infant was observed napping in an infant swing, with a blanket over her face and with a propped bottle. Monitor asked the teacher to place the child in the crib/play yard. The child was moved to the play yard but woke up from sleeping. The teacher then rocked the child, child remained awake.
