A complaint allegation was received on 1/31/2023 alleging that a child was taking too long to wash her hands and Ms. SM in her own words to the owner of the school got frustrated with her and threatened to punch A in the face. A is a student in the school and is only 4 or 5 years old. A complaint inspection was conducted on 2/1/2023 and a statement from the school owner was received (CF). A statement from the teacher could not be received as she was not present during inspection. Based on the owner's statement, the teacher told him that the children were using the restroom when the incident occurred. The child was done washing her hands and she asked her to move because other children had to go to the restroom. The child was not moving out of the way so after repeated requests to hurry and move out of the way the teacher did ask the child, "Do you want me to punch you?". The owner stated that the teacher was written up and will be receiving further training on discipline and managing children. This complaint is deemed Substantiated
