During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed a cleaning supply bottle on a table next to individually packaged cucumbers and cartons of milk. During the time of the inspection, this was resolved by the Operator bringing the bottle of cleaner back to the kitchen. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook: B. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times."

During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that one of the sinks in the boys bathroom was not operational and two of the girls bathroom stalls were locked so Licensing was not able to check to see if the toilets were operational. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, All school-age program facilities must be clean, in good repair, and free from health and safety hazards and vermin. During the hours that the program is in operation, no portion of the building can be used for any activity that presents a risk to the health and safety of the children. Indoor and outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation must be maintained for 12 months
