A prescription diaper cream was prescribed to a child in January 2025 to be used for 7 days. The parent brought the medication in to be used again on the child on 10/6/25 without an updated note from the prescribing physician. The medication was put in the clinic for pickup, and the parent was notified an updated note from the physician was needed in order to use on the child. This brings this area into compliance. Discussed and read with the Director the regulations for giving medication at the center
