Upon arrival, there was a 6 month old infant sleeping in a bouncy seat. Licensing Specialist asked the provider to remove the infant from the bouncy seat and place him in a pack and play, which she did. The infant was sleeping with a blanket so technical assistance was given regarding infants not sleeping with blankets or any other objects. Provider will discuss bringing a sleep sack or warmer clothes with the child's parent so that the infant can stay warm while sleeping
