Licensing Specialist observed video which confirmed a lack of supervision on the playground as children were climbing and playing in a coned off area without teacher intervention, which resulted in a fall. All staff must take a training on playground safety and supervision. Submit a detailed plan on how the playground will be properly supervised at all times as well as the staff's training certificates

Licensing specialist confirmed there was a safety hazard on the playground that was not properly secured resulting in an injury. There were metal support beams and large shade cloth as well as large turf rolls on the side of the playground. An attempt was made to block off the area with cones and tape but the children were able to climb on the rolls of turf and get behind the taped off area. There was a temporary wall put up that was observed and the owner stated a fence was being installed to secure that area. Submit photo proof off fenced area
