3.12 Outdoor Equipment C. All equipment, fences, and objects on the facilitys premises shall be free from sharp, broken and jagged edges, and properly placed to prevent overcrowding or broken and jagged edges, and properly placed to prevent overcrowding or safety hazards in any one area. Advise the director that the children may not use the upper deck of a climbing play equipment that is located in the left corner of the playground. The equipment in question has yellow metal trim around the apparatus. The wood that is currently on the walking/standing deck is diagonal and has gaps and rough edges on both sides. Director will put caution tape around the area until the deck is repaired. Photos on request

17-01 · Outdoor Play Area/Fencing

Leaves and tree branches on the outdoor play area needs to be cleaned up. The area directly out the back door needs leaves racked up and the metal weather strip on the bottom of the shed door needs to be repaired or replaced. The Provider will submit pictures of the cleaned outdoor area and repaired door on or before 03/08/2023. Pictures emailed to the Provider at the time of inspection
