6.4 Accident/Incident Notification A. All accidents and incidents or unusual occurrences that are threatening to the health, safety, or welfare of a child that occur while the child is in care must be documented on the same day they occur. ****To become compliant with this violation, the childcare provider must submit documentation to the licensing office no later than 12/4/2023 showing that all childcare personnel have had updated training on accident and incident documentation and notification
