A teacher in the 2-year-old room was seen on camera by the director being aggressive with two children in the classroom. While getting ready for lunch the childcare personnel was seen pulling a chair from underneath a child resulting in him falling. The same childcare personnel was also seen pulling on a different child's arm, slinging her into a chair. The childcare personnel was suspended, resulting in her resignation. Per DCF CCF Handbook section 8.2 (C): C. Childcare personnel must appropriately interact with children to foster a healthy, safe environment that will encourage the childs physical, intellectual, motor, and social development. Interactions with children that are aggressive, demeaning or intimidating in nature are strictly prohibited

Facility has 4 buses, Red Bus: on the side of the driver, second seat (seat by the emergency exit window) counselor could not insert hardware. Blue Bus: The last seat in the role opposite the driver, seat belt by the window the missing the hardware that is inserted into the slot. Friendly Reminder 2.5.5 Seat Belt/Child Restraints Each child, when transported, must be seated in a back seat in an individual factory installed seat belt or federally approved child safety restraint.
