Per staff member's statement, two (2) children from the one year old classroom that had a ratio of 1:6 were transferred to the adjacent two year old classroom that had a ratio of 2:12 during nap time. Once children were transferred the one year old had a ratio of 1:4 and the two year old classroom had a ratio of 2:14. Ratios were corrected at the time of the inspection, and technical assistance was provided regarding ratios during nap time. After ratios were corrected, the following staff to child ratios were observed: Infants 1:4 Ones 1:4 and 1:5 Twos 2:12 Threes 2:14 Fours/School Age 1:14 and 1:18

Provider does not have any field trips scheduled in the near future, however once the program decides to conduct a field trip prior the next routine inspection, provider needs to submit via email a copy of the transportation log at the end of the trip
