Complainant alleges that the school leaves children unattended. A walkthrough of the facility revealed that the school age group of children were left unattended. The school age children were observed alone, without supervision in the room adjacent to the office. Per director, the person in charge of the group had left the building for a little while but he came back fairly quickly. A non-compliance and notice of violation is being issued. Complainant alleges that her daughter is being pulled from her classroom while licensing visits, due to classrooms always have been out of ratio and ending of moving the extra children out of the school to a building next door and they leave children unattended. During today's visit ratios were as follows: infants and 1s 1:6, 2y/o and 3y/o 1:8, 3y/o 1:7, 4y/o and 5y/o 1:11, School agers 1:6 The infant classroom was out of ratio. There was one teacher with six children. Of the six children, one is an infant and the other five are one year of age. This complaint is substantiated. A non-compliance for out of ration was issued
