Initial fire inspection conducted 9/8/23 did not pass. Reinspection conducted 9/25/23. This inspection passed. Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. Extinguishers were last tagged August 2022. AFPS came out 9/22/23 and retagged for September 2023. Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2A:10BC must be properly installed, serviced and maintained with current inspection tags at all times

32-03 · Outdoor Equipment
All playground equipment must be securely anchored, unless portable or stationary by design, in good repair, maintained in safe and sanitary condition, and placed to ensure safe use by the children. Maintenance must include inspections conducted every month of all supports above and below the ground and of all connectors and moving parts. Documentation of maintenance inspections must be maintained for 12 months. All equipment used in the outdoor play area must be constructed and maintained according to manufacturers recommendations and allow for water drainage. Any open containers with water must be emptied immediately after use, i.e. pots, toys, or other equipment that collects water

All accessible electrical outlets must be tamper-resistant electrical outlets that contain internal shutter mechanisms to prevent children from sticking objects into receptacles. In settings that do not have tamper-resistant electrical outlets, outlets shall have safety covers. Three classrooms did not have outlet covers. Staff put safety outlet covers back in place
