17-1: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that there was a hazard on the outdoor playground, in that there was an active wasp nest under the roof of the shade structure. During the inspection, the wasp nests were removed. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 3.5, A The outdoor play area must be clean and free from litter, nails, glass and other hazards

18-12 · Bedding and Linens

During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the napping mats were being stored in the bathroom. During the inspection, the napping mats were removed from the bathroom. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 3.6.1, G & H Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens. All bedding and linens must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at least once a week, and before use by another child. H. Bedding and linens shall not be stored in the bathroom, unless stored in cabinets
