At the time of the inspection, medication was observed and accessible to children in the first bedroom located on the left entrance of the hallway. Medication was observed on the nightstand and dresser. Specifically, medications/bottles were labeled as "Keep reach out of children." The items were accessible in that the bedroom door was left open. Additionally, staff personal belongings (purses) were accessible to children at door handle of bedroom. This standard was corrected at the time of the inspection as the door was closed by the inspector and the purse was removed from the doorknob and placed on the bed

51-01 · Technical assistance was given household member under the age of 13 in the home during operation hours are included as children in care and is required to have a complete enrollment record on file. D. LICENSED CAPACITY A family child care home shall be allowed to provide care for one of the following groups of children, which shall include those children under the age of thirteen (13) years of age who are related to the caregiver, or who are household members: 1. A maximum of four (4) children from birth to twelve (12) months of age for a total of 4 children; or 2.
