The infant teacher went back to the classroom putting them back into ratio. Specialist gave TA to the infant teacher stating that in the childcare facility handbook that children cannot be left alone under no circumstances and must keep classrooms in ratio at all times. Specialist gave TA to director and owner. Specialist did state to the director that having an extra teacher to float between all the classrooms would help with ratios.
