33-02 · Technical assistance was given to the provider to notify parent when their child is involved in an unusual incident/accident. This standard has been resolved as the incident has been discussed with the parents
On 3/22/23 two children were involved an in incident that occurred on site. One of the children informed a staff member of the incident. The staff member later informed the assistant director of the incident. It was reported that the director spoke with the children about inappropriate behavior, however, failed to inform parent of the incident. The parent was unaware of what transpired until their child informed them of the incident
