Upon arrival, this counselor observed 12 children in the care of 2 staff members. There was 1 infant present, 1 child that was 1 year of age, and 10 children were 2 years of age. The owner/ director was not present at the facility. The owner/director returned to the facility soon after counselor arrived putting the ratio back into compliance. Counselor reviewed ratio requirements with the owner/director to make sure they were understood.
