Observed what appears to be a build up of dust, broken dry wall and dead insect on the two window sills in the day care room. Observed a build up of dust on the vent located in the day care room. The broken dry wall was also observed on the floor. The operator cleaned and sanitized the windows, floor and vent. The violation has been cleared and corrected at the time of the inspection
