Licensing Specialist observed excessive clutter. A crib was not grounded to the floor the left side of crib wheel did not meet the floor; raise up on from items underneath. Far side left crib had equipment protruding out of the crib. Cribs that were not used has excessive clutter extending out of the frames. Other areas of space had containers with excessive amounts of items piling on top of each other
