One- to Two-year-old and Infant room attendance log were not accurate to the children residing in the designated room. 7.5 Daily Attendance Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child care personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program. Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. Attendance sheet/class roster must accompany the child care personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom. B. The custodial parent or guardian may document the time when his/her child enters and departs the child care facility or program. However, child care facility personnel are responsible for ensuring that attendance records are complete and accurate. C. REMOVED. D. Attendance records must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months. E. Attendance records for Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten or School Readiness may be used, if applicable
