While at the home for an inspection licensing specialist was informed and observed the owners adult niece was at the home but was not background screened. Licensing specialist let the homeowner know that unscreened individuals cannot be at the home during hours of operation and all household member that live at the home need to be background screened. This was completed at time of inspection as the homeowner was advised that the niece can remain for the day but cannot not return during hours of operation unless background screened
