A child was not complying with a request to sit at the table for breakfast and a teacher "grabbed" the child by the arm to assist moving to the table. Facility policy states that spanking or any other form of physical punishment is prohibited. Teacher was immediately suspended from caring for children upon facility learning of the incident

Facility was using a cart to transport plated food from one building to another across a sidewalk in the parking lot. At time of initial visit the food was being taken uncovered on the cart. Facility was able to devise a way to secure the food and cover the entire cart while transporting the food outside to the other building Photos of the cart cover are attached in the file
