The following areas were observed in need of repair during today's visit: • Fix toilet flush handle observed not working in the main bathroom • Repair/replace light fixtures observed not working in the School Age classroom. • Clean and add more pressure to both water fountains located in the playground area. Note: per provider's statement, the program was not able yo repair the red round bicycle since the missing parts are not longer available for sale. Provider will remove the equipment
