All (8) child care personnel records in the system were reviewed of which _3 were updated for compliance. 1 new personnel were hired since the last inspection as per the director. The recently hired staff listed on the supplemental did not have a complete file for licensing staff to review and update in Cares. TA: Personnel Records Records must be maintained and kept current on all child care personnel, as defined by Section 402.302(3), F.S. These records shall be on-site, available for review by the licensing authority and must include: A. A complete employment application with the required statement pursuant to Section 402.3055(1)(b), F.S. B. Documentation of position and date of employment. C. A copy of the drivers license and the physician certification, or another form containing the same elements of the physician certification, granting medical approval to operate the vehicle, and valid certificate(s) of course completion for first aid training, pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures, and background screening must also be maintained in the drivers personnel file. F. Prior to beginning volunteering in a child care facility, a CF-FSP 5217, Volunteer Acknowledgment which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(e), F.A.C., and may be obtained from the Departments website www.myflfamilies.com/childcare, must be completed and on file at the child care facility for the volunteer.
