During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed chemicals(fabric softener and hand sanitizer) was stored under a sink in a cabinet in the bathroom by the 2/3 year old room. The director brought this standard back in compliance at the time of inspection by putting a lock on the cabinet. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook Section 3.2 Toxic/Hazardous Material/Firearms/Weapons A. All areas and surfaces accessible to children must be free from toxic substances, bio contaminants, and hazardous materials/equipment/tools, including power tools, plastic bags, matches, candles, lighters, etc

During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed on the playground the wooden boarder that is by the facility was broken and there were 2 screws sticking up out of the wooden boarder. The ground cover was sticking up out of the mulch in the area that has the wooden boarder connected to the facility. The ground cover was ripping. The director was given until May 2, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook Section 3.5 A- Outdoor Play Area. A. During the time of the inspection, the Director advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently children enrolled. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 20 of the 20 children's records. Licensing Specialist observed four children who had an expired immunization form. The director was given until May 2, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 7.1 F Immunization Records The child care facility is responsible for obtaining for each child in care a current, complete and properly executed Florida Certification of Immunization form Part A-1, B, or C, DH 680, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(o), F.A.C., or the Religious Exemption from Immunization form, DH 681, which is incorporated by reference in 65C22.001(7)(p), F.A.C., from the custodial parent or legal guardian. DH Form 680 and DH Form 681 may be obtained from the local county health department. Specific immunization requirements are included and detailed in the most current edition of the Immunization Guidelines-Florida Schools, Child Care Facilities and Family Day Care Homes as promulgated by the Florida Department of Health. F. It is recommended that child care personnel are current with all immunizations routinely recommended for adults by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as referenced in Caring for Our Children Basics Health and Safety Foundations for Early Care and Education, which is incorporated by in 65C-22.001(7)(v), F.A.C

The Student Health Examination or the signed statement is valid for two years from the date the physical was performed. An up-to-date version must be on file for as long as the child is enrolled at the facility
