At the time of inspection, the FSC reviewed the fire inspection at the center, and it was expired as of 10/11/2023. 44-05 · Technical assistance was provided that prior to beginning volunteering in a child care facility, a CF-FSP 5217, Volunteer Acknowledgment which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(e), F.A.C., and may be obtained from the Departments website www.myflfamilies.com/childcare, must be completed and on file at the child care facility for the volunteer. Written documentation of volunteer hours must be maintained at the facility for a minimum of 12 months and available for review by the licensing authority. Staff signed document on-site and the standard returned to compliance at time of inspection. All (13) child care personnel records in the system were reviewed of which 13 were updated for compliance.
