Licensing Specialist reviewed four employee files with expired Child Abuse Reporting Forms. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance to the Director, Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Forms expire within 1 year of signature and must be completed within 1 year of signature and kept in the employee record. The updated Child Abuse and Reporting Forms were completed at time of inspection, thus the facility became in compliance. During the time of inspection, the Provider advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 42 children enrolled, 14 of which had been newly enrolled since the last inspection on 1/15/2025. During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored all 14 of the newly enrolled childrens records. I
