Licensing observed a bottle of "fabuloso" on a children's storage shelf within children's reach, the staff removed the bottle placing it back into compliance. An unlabeled spray bottle was also observed, and it was not within the reach of children. The staff labeled the bottle as water and conditioner thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Also observed was a Lysol cleaner under the unlocked sink cabinet of the one-year restroom. Licensing provided technical assistance explaining that harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, and poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials should be stored away from children
