Licensing observed the staff preparing food without hair covering, hair nets were obtained prior submission of this inspection thus it was resolved. Licensing provided technical assistance explaining Child care personnel, while working in the food preparation area, must wear proper head covering, such as a hair net or hat. To prevent contact with ready to-eat foods, child care personnel must use clean disposable gloves, utensils, or similar items in the food preparation area. 29-14 · Health and Sanitation

The program started serving food and is lacking of a three compartment sink. Licensing provided technical assistance explaining an installed three compartment sink, or an installed two-compartment sink with a non-stationary or portable compartment receptacle must be added for dishwashing. 1. Installed compartment sinks may be used to wash produce and to fill cooking pots and pans with water when not in use for dishwashing. 2. Sinks must be sanitized before and after each use. 3. The first compartment must be used for washing; the second compartment must be used for rinsing; and the third compartment must be used for sanitizing. 4. 30-03 · Diapering

There is one portable sink in the infant room. This sink is being used for diapering and also to wash hands period food service. The infant food pantry is right next to this sink. Staff indicated she washes her hands for feedings and diapering. Licensing provided technical assistance explaining the following: there have to be two separate sinks one for food preparation with hot water and one for diapering. Handwashing sinks must not be used for food service preparation, dishwashing, or food clean up. The diaper changing area must be physically separated from the food preparation, food service, and feeding area. A separate handwashing station with hot running water, a minimum of 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The handwashing station must include a sink with running water and drainage, soap, trash can, and disposable towels or hand-drying machines that are properly installed and maintained. A handwashing sink shall not be used for any purpose other than handwashing. Handwashing stations must include posted signs visible to child care personnel and children demonstrating proper handwashing technique. Portable sinks may not be used for dishwashing or food preparation. If a portable sink is used for handwashing in the food preparation area, hot water must be provided. 34-04 · Credentialed Staff

The program does not have a credential director and is currently on a provisional license until 8/8/25. License provided technical assistance to explaining, please acquire a new director by the due date. Directors cannot be multisite. The owner explained that a current employee has obtained all training and sent all credentials to be added to her transcript
