Licensing observed one staff member caring for 52 school-age children. The children were dismissed to their classrooms at 7:45 a.m. thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Licensing provided technical assistance explaining. 402.305(4), F.S. When caring for children 5 years of age and older, the staff-to-child ratio must be at least one (1) childcare personnel for every twenty-five (25) school-age children in care (1:25)

21-06 · Fire Drills
The fire drill for April was missing. Licensing observed a lockdown in place 1 staff and 39 children present at the time of the drill thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Licensing provided technical assistance SACCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A During the facilitys licensure year, fire drills utilizing the alarm system, approved by the local fire authority, must be conducted monthly at various dates and times when children are in care. Child care regulation counselor observed: 1 staff caring for 38 school age children at the playground. 4 school age children alone on the tables located in between building 6 and the cafeteria. Children stated they were supposed to be watched by the staff at the basketball court. Child care regulation counselor took the children back to the cafeteria. 1:17 children at the basketball court. 1:40 school age children at court located by the parking lot. There were two teachers with this group but one staff stayed inside. Also when this same group was inside one of the staff stepped out leaving the 40 children with one staff
