Licensing observed a bottle of Fabuloso, insect cleaner, and bleach cleaner in an unlocked closet and accessible to children. There was also an unlabeled spray bottle. The director locked the closet and labeled the bottle thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Licensing provided technical assistance explaining all potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times

Licensing observed 1 staff with 13 two-year-old children, one staff came back to the classroom thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Licensing spoke to the person in charge who stated the second staff was at the office, licensing provided technical assistance explaining the ratio for children age 2 is 1 staff and 11 children, also staff must remain in the same classroom with the children at all times.
