Licensing observed the staff for 4-5 age group by the hallway located by the school entrance when the licensing specialist arrived, leaving the children with a volunteer. The licensing specialist provided technical assistance thus it was completed at the time of the inspection. Explaining, volunteers are not counted towards ratio or supervision. Please note if you want to use this "volunteer" as a staff she must complete all requirements including DCF 45-hour training, CPR, background, and have a complete staff file.
