At the time of inspection, all staff files was checked and observed that the staff listed on the supplemental was transporting prier to completing training. Technical assistant was given to provider as a reminder that staff who are driver must complete transportation training before transporting children. This is now resolved, the staff completed transportation training on 2/14/2024, already driving
