LC observed 3 infants wrapped in a swaddle. LC asked the infant teacher if they had a dr. note and the teacher stated that the infants did not. TA: Sleep sacks that fit according to manufacturers recommendations, do not restrict the infants arms, and will not slide up around the infants face may be used for the comfort of the sleeping infant; however, swaddling shall not be used unless authorized in writing by the childs physician. Corrective action: The teacher removed the swaddles from the infants
