[2] school-age children were observed in the VPK classroom without supervision. The VPK teacher had taken the rest of the class next door to use the restroom and prepare snack. This item was resolved at the time of inspection when the director stepped into the classroom to satisfy supervision. This is the second non-compliance of this standard. The first was on 12/04/2024. At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed two [1yr] old children sleeping in a classroom with no teacher. The teacher was observed providing supervision to a group two classrooms over. Provider corrected at the time of inspection by returning teacher to the [1yr] old room. Licensing monitor observed the same teacher in the classroom next door, again leaving the [1yr] old children unsupervised as and was asked to return to her room. A Notice of Violation will be issued
