Provider has utilized movable carts which are insufficient. Designated meal preparation area must have a stable barrier with a lockable entrance point. Gloves and hair nets must be worn while preparing food in this area

Additionally, it is observed that children in the VPK classroom and the 2yr old classroom are receiving water from a large, orange non-disposable cooler and water pitcher
