Licensing Authority observed under the cabinet sink that is accessible to all kids does not have a child-lock on it and has multiple bottles of cleaning supplies. I gave technical assistance to the Provider to purchase a child-lock or move the cleaning supplies to the office where all children does not have access too. 3.2 Toxic/Hazardous Material/Firearms/Weapons A.
