15-03 · Technical assistance was provided per CCF handbook "Each room routinely used as a classroom must provide the minimum 35 square footage of usable indoor floor space per child."
While conducting walk through of facility it was observed by LS Skeen that provider was over capacity in Astro Crawlers classroom. The provider failed to provide the required 35 square feet per child. There were 14 children in the classroom with a posted capacity of 11 children. The provider was able to complete violation at the time of inspection by removing 3 children from the room and placing them to the Aviator classroom

While conducting walk through of facility, it was observed by LS in Rocket Babies classroom, that bedding on sleeping cots were unsafe. 23-07 · Technical assistance was provided per CCF handbook " A current attendance record and parent contact information must accompany child care personnel out of the building during a drill or actual evacuation and be used to account for all children. The operator must maintain a written record of the fire drills showing the date, number of children and child care personnel in attendance, evacuation route used, and time taken for all individuals to evacuate the premises. Each fire drill record must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the fire drill. The fire drills conducted must include, at a minimum: 1.
