CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K Licensing specialist reviewed the providers clearinghouse roster which was found not to be updated. this standard was corrected at the time of inspection. TA (Technical Assistance) was provided to the provider that they have 5 days to update roster when a staff personnel is no longer employed with the program or when a new staff member starts employment
