In groups of mixed age ranges, where children under one year of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than four children of any age group, at all times. At the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed 9 children to 2 staff. (1) 10 month old, (2) two year olds, (6) one year olds. 1 teacher was moved from the Three/Four year old class to bring the infants room into compliance. 2 staff, 9 children- 10 months, One/Two 2 staff, 4 children- Three/Four

34-07 · Credentialed Staff

Child care facility owners must notify the licensing authority within five working days of when the facility loses a credentialed director or when there is a change of director. 1. The licensing authority will then issue a provisional license for a period not to exceed six months for any facility without a credentialed director. 2. The provisional license will have an effective date of the first day the facility was without a credentialed director. At the time of inspection, The Vice Principal advised that the director was currently switched to another school and they are in the process of replacing her
